WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order, buy a gift card, submit a design idea or subscribe to our mailing list, we collect the information you give us. This may include:

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• Your delivery address, city, province and postal code
• Order contents, amounts paid and order status
• Gift card and voucher codes
• Any reference images, descriptions or answers you submit for a custom design
• Enquiry messages you send us through the contact form

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Yoco on their secure platform. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To process, produce, deliver and follow up on your order
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates by email
• To issue gift cards and vouchers and to validate them at checkout
• To respond to your enquiries and design submissions
• To send you marketing emails, only if you have subscribed to our mailing list
• To understand which products and pages are popular, so we can improve our store

ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, time on site and approximate location. This data does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser settings or a browser extension.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We share only what is necessary to complete your order. This includes our payment provider (Yoco) and our delivery partners, who receive the name, address and contact number needed to deliver your parcel.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Mailing list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Design submissions are kept until your enquiry is complete.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
