ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Popsicle Pixels website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Popsicle Pixels sells once-off, limited-edition art prints, canvas pieces, cut-outs, lollipop lights and guitar skins. We do not mass produce our designs.

ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are added at checkout based on your province and the type of product ordered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is no longer available, if a pricing error has occurred, or if payment cannot be verified. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order only becomes binding once that confirmation has been sent.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We never store your card details on our systems. All transactions are subject to Yoco's own terms and security measures.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided by our couriers as a guide only. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, load shedding, weather, or incorrect addresses supplied by you.

Cut-out products are shipped countrywide via Pudo at a fixed rate. Other products are delivered according to the provincial rate for your area.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, images and content on this website remain the property of Popsicle Pixels. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute any design for commercial purposes.

When you order a digital download, you receive a licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED WORK

Design-your-own commissions are made to your specification. You are responsible for ensuring the details, spelling, sizing and placement you submit are correct before production begins.

We may decline a commission that contains copyrighted material, offensive content, or artwork we are unable to reproduce faithfully.

LIABILITY

We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and printed pieces. Our liability in respect of any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
